Shipping Information

Postage and packaging costs are as follows:

• For U.K. mainland:

  Any order up to 2kg = £4.99

  Any order of 2 or more boxes or any order over 2kg = FREE SHIPPING

• Republic of Ireland up to 10kg = £8.50

• Northern Ireland up to 10kg = £8.50

Deliveries are typically next day but sometimes may take 2-5 business days to the United Kingdom mainland.  For international sales enquiries please contact hello@ginnis.co.uk.

The method and address for delivery shall be specified in your order.   Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Whilst we use only reputable delivery companies (including Royal Mail and DPD) we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery or damage caused by any third party. 

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is dispatched within 1 working day of the processed order, subject to events that are beyond our reasonable control.  You accept that time is not of the essence although we will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and your products are delivered as quickly as possible. 

If your ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to advise of expected delivery times.

If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible and we will notify you whether or not this will be possible; your order may already have been shipped.
